We ship UPS,
We have found them to be extremely reliable compared to other services
that cost less. Your shipping charges are calculated in real-time
via UPS, these are their shipping and hangling charges alone, we
do not add in extra handing charges from our end. We also ship USPS
if you wish. If there are any additional charges for shipping or
discounts for large order we will contact you to verify shipping
BEFORE the transaction is complete. The table below represents typical
ground delivery times from our facility. As you can see, its not
that long for ground UPS delivery, its the best choice and cheapest
for heaviest packages and often faster that USPS Priority.
All US orders above $99 receive free UPS
ground rate shipping, it must be selected in your shipping
options. This does not include tanks and weights or shipping to
Hawaii or Alaska because that is actually the same rate as 2nd day
air because it has to travel by air. If you encounter a problem
please write a comment in your order so we can correct any shipping
cost errors. When ordering multiple packages we always want to give
you the least expensive option possible.

What carrier is used? For
international we use USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority
(4-6 days). However they are not as reliable as UPS, but more than
50% cost difference for packages more than 1 pound. These are current
rates, calculated by the pound and by region. The total cost of
shipping also includes delivery to the post office, since all packages
have to be delivered in person.
Where is my international
shipment? Many times your packages is at your local post
office. We cannot mark packages as "Gift" since US Customs
will mark it "Merchandise" anyway when they see our company
name and place of origin.
When you purchase regulator sets and packages
from us, the regulators will be assembled and tested by Factory
Authorized Technicians without any additional charges. Often because
of this the original boxes may not accompany the regulators, all
the original literature, warranty information will be put into an
envelope for you.
Yes! Our ordering system is through
Yahoo! Shopping and their secure server technology. You always verify
that you are on a secure server by looking in your web address bar,
the "http:", will change to "https:". We could
pay a service to prove hacker free service, but we've never had
a problem with Yahoo! and their technology and trust it. If you
have any doubts about your privacy, please read our privacy
statement.
- Incorrect shipping address, each one is verified
by UPS, which means no PO boxes
- Shipping and billing address do not match -
due to internet fraud, on all orders with different addresses,
we will contct you by E-mail and/or by phone. The order will we
on hold until charge informtion is verified.
- CVV code was incorrect, or not entered,
required for all Visa, Mastercard and Discover charges
- Billing address entered did not match actual
card billing address either your street number or zip code
- Phone number was fake, wrong number, we usually
call our customers to verify orders
Any equipment purchased

may be returned for a refund of the cost of the product, excluding
any shipping charges, if returned with all original packaging and
literature as long as the product is not used and is delivered to

in new condition within 30 days of purchase. All original packaging

may allow, in its sole discretion, exchange products or portions
of a product. Any exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase,

charge a 15% restocking fee. Products may not be exchanged for unlike
products, I.E. dive computer for a slate, unless a gift certificate
was offered in exchange.
This agreement contains the terms and conditions

the quotation. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums

www.blue-scuba.com, www.blue-scuba-gear.com) with a valid and correct
tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location

, the Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated

occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Blue Sea Adventures

of Blue Sea Adventures Inc.(www.blueseaadventures.biz, www.blueseaadventures.com,

Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected
by Customer is Customer's responsibility.
The limited warranties applicable to scuba
equipment, swimming equipment, photography equipment, luggage and
other electronics are included from the manufacturer of the equipment
in the documentation provided with the products. There are no warranties
for services. Blue Sea Adventures Inc.(www.blueseaadventures.biz,
www.blueseaadventures.com, www.underwateripod.com, www.blue-scuba.com,
www.blue-scuba-gear.com) makes no express warranties except those

's applicable warranty statement in effect on the date of the invoice.

www.blue-scuba-gear.com) will be obligated to honor any such warranties,
only upon receipt of payment in full for the item to be warranted.
It is the responsibility of the Customer
to check all packages for accuracy of contents within 48 hours of
receipt. No items shall be invoiced unless shipped. If any shortages
occur, it is the responsibility of the Customer to contact Blue
Sea Adventures Inc.(www.blueseaadventures.biz, www.blueseaadventures.com,

with 48 hours of receipt of package to file a claim for missing
goods. In the case of shipping damage, the Customer will file a
claim with the shipper.

www.blue-scuba-gear.com) continually upgrades and revises its products

offerings. In the event that an ordered product is out of stock,
Customer will be contacted prior to any substitutions.

policy in effect on the date of invoice. The warranties and technical

IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER PREEXISTING, PRESENT OR
FUTURE, AND INCLUDING STATUTORY, COMMON LAW, INTENTIONAL TORT AND

's advertising, or any related purchase SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY

solely to the dispute or controversy between Customer and Blue Sea

Any award of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on each
of the parties, and may be entered as a judgment in any court of
competent jurisdiction.
Customer agrees to comply with all applicable
laws and regulations of the various states and of the United States.
Customer agrees and represents that it is buying for its own internal
use only, and not for resale.
Blue Sea Adventures Inc.(www.blueseaadventures.biz,
www.blueseaadventures.com, www.underwateripod.com, www.blue-scuba.com,
www.blue-scuba-gear.com) will provide general technical support
to Customer in the United States, in accordance with the then-current
technical support policies in effect. Service offerings may vary
from product to product. Blue Sea Adventures Inc.(www.blueseaadventures.biz,
www.blueseaadventures.com, www.underwateripod.com, www.blue-scuba.com,
www.blue-scuba-gear.com) has no obligation to provide service or
support until Blue Sea Adventures Inc.(www.blueseaadventures.biz,
www.blueseaadventures.com, www.underwateripod.com, www.blue-scuba.com,
www.blue-scuba-gear.com) has received full payment for the product
or service/support contract for which service or support is requested.
The section headings used herein are for
