Safety Signal Mirror for scuba diving comes in a neorprene pouch with velco closure. On the back has loop for 2" webbing to pass through. The mirror itself is in a plastic case for durability, targeting sight and if flip it over it gives you a red tinted mirror for better signaling at night. Of course if you camp or hike you can also use to shave, start fires and putting on make-up so you look good for the fish.
